A little about this puzzle

A mech stands with both feet secured in ground fixtures and its back stabilized by a support frame. A hook, master ring and two slings support a shoulder armor panel outside the shoulder interface. A technician stands on a side platform, holding a controller with one hand and the rail with the other. A cart, measuring-tool cabinet and rear record desk support the service tools.
