A little about this puzzle

A two-storey puppet theatre fills a manor music room. A puppeteer works the visible control strings from a railed bridge as a pumpkin duke raises one leg in front of a castle window. A storyteller opens an accordion book below, while an audience sits behind a barrier. Decorative folk illustration gives the scene warm autumn colors. Twelve matching clues appear in two rows.
